Several weeks ago, while my husband and I walked in a popular park, I snapped this shot of tables under the roof of a picnic shelter. It was a bright, sunny day, but the temperature was still in the 40s, way too cold for a picnic.

This is a wonderful shadow shot. And soon those tables will be filled with people.

I was thinking what a beautiful picnic spot until you mentioned the weather. Yep, might be a wee bit chilly, at least it makes a great shadow shot in the meantime.

Hello,
I came here after reading your recent comment on Reya's blog. You commented about aging, and perhaps becoming a bit more disorganized.
At 50, I see the exact same thing with myself. I used to be a Neat Freak many moons ago. Now things have loosened up quite a bit. I think about it a lot...I somethimes think maybe it's due to a shift in priorities?
I dunno...
Anyways, your comment struck a chord with me.

It does look a bit chilly! But what a beautiful area for a picnic! Perhaps soon you will enjoy a nice picnic lunch there soon and will be able to take some lunch-time picnic shadows!

Very nice photo!
