"Harley"


My husband used to talk about wanting a motorcycle. Because I couldn't afford to give him a real one, I painted one for him. Later, he admitted it was better than the real thing, because he couldn't kill himself on this one.

Amazing painting! I was trying to draw motorcycles for these little comic strips I used to do. I found it very difficult to get the proportions right, but it didn't matter much because the riders I drew were out of proportion too. :)

Yeah, a painting is safer than the real thing. I do think, though, that most of the accidents happen to young riders who are pushing the limits of safety. At least, that's what my husband tells me.

And besides, recent research has shown high levels of impotence and incontinence in bike riders, due to vibrations causing nerve damage.
